The Brown County Music Center, with its intimate 2,000-seat setup, was the perfect spot for this cozy holiday show. Surrounded by the rolling hills of Brown County, the venue buzzed with excitement as mostly older fans filed in, many dressed in Christmas outfits. Nashville, Indiana – not to be confused with its Tennessee counterpart – added a quaint, small-town vibe that Noone playfully highlighted throughout the night.

The just-over-90-minute performance started on a high note with one of the band members dressed as Santa Claus venturing into the audience, handing out T-shirts and CDs. It set a fun, interactive tone right away.

Noone, at 78 years young, took the stage with boundless energy, looking sharp and sounding as vibrant as ever. He had the crowd laughing from the very start, teasing about “little Nashville, Indiana” and its quirky neighboring towns like Bean Blossom and his favorite, Gnaw Bone.
