Gary Clark Jr.: The Bluesman’s Roar
At 4:10 PM, Gary Clark Jr. stormed the Home Plate Stage, his Stratocaster slung like a weapon. Born in Austin, Texas, Gary’s a modern blues titan, fusing Hendrix’s fire with soulful grit. He’s famous for “Bright Lights,” a snarling anthem from 2012’s Blak and Blu that’s soundtracked countless late nights.

The air thickened as Gary growled into “When My Train Pulls In,” his guitar wailing like a freight engine. “Bright Lights” hit like a thunderclap, the crowd swaying under its weight, while “Cold Blooded” oozed swagger. His 75-minute set was a masterclass—raw, electric, and alive—proving the blues still burn in the desert sun.

Speculated Setlist:
- “When My Train Pulls In”
- “Bright Lights”
- “Cold Blooded”
- “The Healing”
- “Our Love”
