Derek Hough’s “Dance for the Holidays” in Indianapolis: Review and photos
Derek Hough’s “Dance for the Holidays” show at the Old National Center in Indianapolis on Saturday night was a mesmerizing blend of festive cheer and exceptional dance performances. Hough’s choreography and stage presence were as captivating as ever, but the real highlight was the inspiring appearance of his wife, Hayley Erbert.

Erbert, who recently overcame a serious medical condition, was back on stage dancing with Hough. Last December, she suffered a cranial hematoma and underwent an emergency craniectomy to relieve the pressure on her brain. Her recovery has been nothing short of miraculous, and her performance was a bold statement to her resilience and determination.

The show featured a mix of holiday classics and modern hits, all brought to life with stunning dance routines and vibrant stage production. Hough and Erbert’s chemistry on stage was electrifying, adding an extra layer of emotion to the performance. Overall, “Dance for the Holidays” was a joyous celebration of the festive season, leaving the audience in high spirits and full of admiration for Erbert’s incredible comeback.
