Nashville, Ind. (April 13, 2026) – A unique community showcase celebrating local and regional talent rooted in South Central Indiana and the surrounding areas, Amplify Nashvillereturns to the Brown County Music Center in Nashville, Ind., on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
Presented by the Brown County Music Association, this evening brings rising artists to the biggest stage in town, where they can share the spotlight with one of the area’s most celebrated nationally touring acts: The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band.
Tickets go on sale this Friday, April 17 at 10 a.m. and will be available at www.browncountymusiccenter.com, www.ticketmaster.com, and at the venue box office (open Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Saturdays through Mondays open only on event days, at 3 p.m.) via outdoor ticketing windows and phone sales at (812) 988-5323)*. The evening opens with Sami Riggs, the fan-selected winner of the 2025 Brown County Songwriter Showdown. From there, the spotlight turns to two outstanding bands chosen through the inaugural Rumble on the Rocks competition at Hard Truth Distilling on May 30, June 6, and June 13. These emerging artists will be selected through a combination of fan votes and judges’ scores.
Headlining the night is Brown County’s own: The Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, often called “the greatest front-porch blues band in the world.” Led by master finger-picker Reverend Peyton, the trio—featuring washboard virtuoso Breezy Peyton and drummer Jacob “The Snakob” Powell—has carried their electrifying country-blues sound to 38 countries and 48 states. With No. 1 records on the Billboard Blues Chart and acclaim from Rolling Stone and others, their music is rooted in heart, tradition, and a live show that leaves audiences clapping, stomping, and singing along.
