Ray Price: 1926 – 2013
By Larry Philpot on December 15, 2013
Noble Ray Price was an American country music singer, songwriter and guitarist. His wide-ranging baritone has often been praised as among the best male voices of country music. His biggest hit, “For The Good Times” crossed over from a #1 Country hit to climb to #14 on the Top 40, according to Billboard. This photograph was taken immediately after he sang that song at Farm Aid, August 13, 2011 in Kansas City. (Click to enlarge)
