Machines Vs Monsters in Buffalo, NY
On Sunday June 8, 2025, the Machines Vs Monsters Tour invaded Buffalo, NY. The tour brought A Killers Confession, Dope. GWAR, and Static-X to Buffalo RiverWorks. The crowd was pumped. It was full of people wearing white to be covered in fake blood, and the one guy wearing a banana costume.

A Killers Confession features Waylon Reavis (of Mushroomhead) on vocals. The band wore masks and had an incredible performance.

Dope had an energetic performance, with a lot of crowd interaction.

The GWAR fans were intense. The entire crowd was full of energy, there were a lot of crowd surfers and mosh pits. The show was celebrating the 40th anniversary of GWAR. It was truly an incredible experience. The stage props were elaborate and impressive. The mess of fake blood had to have taken the venue a while to clean.

Static-X had a great performance. The frontman (Edsel Dope) is also the frontman for Dope. I did notice that there were several band members that performed in multiple bands, although since most band members were wearing masks, it isn’t obvious.
All in all this was a fantastic metal show, and an impressive tour.
