Boyish: The Dreamy Dawn
The day began at 12:20 PM on the Home Plate Stage with Boyish, a duo—India Shore and Robbie Egan—whose lo-fi indie-pop sound feels like a Polaroid snapshot of youth. Hailing from Brooklyn, they’ve carved a niche with their hazy, nostalgic tunes, earning a cult following after their 2020 EP Garden Spider. They’re famous for “Superstar,” a track that blends heartbreak with a dreamy shimmer, a staple on late-night playlists.

As the crowd trickled in, Boyish took the stage like a gentle breeze, their set a soft awakening. India’s ethereal vocals floated over Robbie’s jangly guitar, kicking off with “Superstar.” The early risers swayed, some sprawled on blankets, as “I Can’t Get Enough” and “July” painted the desert air with pastel hues. It was a tender start—short and sweet at 45 minutes—but it set a mellow tone, like the first inning of a long, sunlit game.

Probable Setlist:
- “Superstar”
- “I Can’t Get Enough”
- “July”
- “Kill Time”
- “Don’t Tell Me”
