OK Go Delivers at Innings Festival Day 1
A photographer told me this was a very fun band to see, and I was looking forward to them. OK Go brought a blend of inventive alternative rock and infectious energy to the Innings Festival on Friday, February 20, 2026. Starting at 3:20 p.m. on the Right Field Stage at Tempe Beach Park, the Chicago quartet stood out with their catchy hooks, upbeat rhythms, and playful stage presence, offering festival-goers a joyful reminder of why creative, dance-friendly rock continues to connect in today’s music scene.

Band Background
Hailing from Chicago, Illinois, OK Go formed in 1998 and has been active for nearly three decades. The band first gained widespread attention with their debut album and has since become known for both their music and groundbreaking music videos. Their sound mixes alternative rock with clever lyrics and high-energy performances that translate powerfully to the live stage.

The band members are:
- Damian Kulash – lead vocals and guitar
- Tim Nordwind – bass and backing vocals
- Dan Konopka – drums and percussion
- Andy Ross – guitar, keyboards and vocals
Signature songs include “Here It Goes Again,” “This Too Shall Pass,” “Get Over It,” and “I Won’t Let You Down.” The group is celebrated for its viral music videos, such as the Grammy-winning treadmill dance for “Here It Goes Again” and the elaborate Rube Goldberg machine video for “This Too Shall Pass.” Their Innings Festival appearance added a lively, enjoyable hightlight to the day’s lineup.
