Gary Clark ACL
Austin native and legendary blues-rocker, Gary Clark brought the crowd together at the Austin City Limits Festival during weekend two. It was cold and blustery outside but Clark heated the huge crowd up with a screaming set. His encore covering “The Beatles, “Come Together” featuring a cameo rap from Austin’s own Black Bandit got high praise from the fans and pumped them up for more.
Clark has shared the stage with icons in the industry like Tom Petty, The Rolling Stones, Beyoncé and performed for the Obamas but coming home to Austin, Texas is special for him as he explains in this interview from KVUE.
The ACL fest is great experience every year and their roster of performers always has something for everyone. There really is nothing bigger than Texas Hospitality. if you are already chomping at the bit for 2020 you can get your tickets here: https://www.aclfestival.com/tickets/
