An American composer and singer-songwriter who has a unique bass voice which has won him two Grammy awards. White enjoyed great success especially in the 1970s, with his mixture of soul, funk and disco hits, including ‘Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Babe.” He has made a number of television appearances and been featured as himself on a few episodes of The Simpsons. His voice can also be heard in Apple’s first iBook commercial.
